Anybody favour cheese cake? I LOVE cheese cake! And I would like to share with you the recipe, which is taken from Jelita July 2004. It was featured in Langkah Demi Langkah column, by chef Anuar .This is normally called as Boston Cheese Cake. I've tried it for several times and it never fail to please the cheese cake lovers - my hubby, kids and friends. And I love to experiment too. Some times I replace the whip cream with fruit-flavoured yoghurt. I prefer to use fresh lemon juice instead of lemon paste. And I always reduce the amount of sugar.

Hah! Cheese cake is Lan's favourite. Anak-anak tak suka. While i eat anything except durian.
I cook almost everyday but baking ni is not quite my forte. Maybe, i should give this a try, inshaAllah.

recipe ni, kalau nak buat basenya boleh jugak. Biskut marie campur dengan ground hazelnut.Gula secukup rasa (kadang-kadang i tak bubuh gula pun, sebab tak suka manis).
